Therapeutic Massage includes many different techniques and modalities intended to relieve physical pain and ease mental/emotional stress. Each session provides focused work on your specific areas of muscular tension as well as providing deep relaxation for your nervous system... bringing healing, peace and clarity.

Jenny has been a practicing, licensed massage therapist for 6 years and has been trained in:

swedish massage, deep tissue massage, range of motion techniques, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, positional release, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, oncology massage, stretching techniques, cupping therapy and postural analysis.
